Event Reminder -- "710" Party + PDR Clinic -- April 25, 2026

Our annual DIY oil change day is set for Saturday, April 25, whereupon club members can undertake their own engine oil / filter changes, manual transmission oil changes, and/or differential oil changes with the use of a hoist and equipment along with expert advice.

Additionally, we'll have Just Dents on-site to perform Paintless Dent Repair on your Miatas at cost (cash payment).

We'll have coffee and nibbles for the morning and will cater lunch around noon.

Come out to socialize as much as work.

The sign up sheet for timeslots will be circulated post-haste via the club's GoogleGroups e-mail service.

Meeting Reminder -- April 16, 2026

The club's next monthly meeting is Thursday, April 16 at Park Mazda, located at 783 Fir Street, Sherwood Park. We'll be upstairs in the second floor boardroom (stairtwell located between the main showroom and the Service / Parts departments) from 6:00 - 7:45pm.

If you haven't already picked up your club license plate frame and your name badges, be sure to come out and grab your swag! If you've already got your name badge, be sure to wear it!!

Once again, it's club meeting time on Thursday, March 19 from 6:00-7:45pm in the second floor boardroom at Park Mazda, located at 983 Fir Street, Sherwood Park.

Come out and pick up your club member name badges AND your license plate frame!!!

Yes, you read that correctly, the plate frame order has been delivered in time for the March club meeting so that you can adorn your Mazda MX-5 Miata befitting it's member status (two new club decals on the door vent windows and license plate frame on the rear) to show the world, while you can be sporting your name badge at all club events and meetings.

For those members in Sherwood Park, please do make the effort to come out this month to take some of these items off my hands!

The club's upcoming meeting is Thursday, February 19 from 6:00pm - 7:45pm in the second floor boardroom at Park Mazda, located at 983 Fir Street in Sherwood Park.

The Spring issue of the Miata Musings newsletter should be published a day or two prior, so there will be much to discuss as we approach our scheduled events for the summer season (and welcome any additional event ideas that members have).

Club member name badges will be available for pick up commencing with this month's meeting, so I hope to see many of you out -- especially those of you who live in Sherwood Park!

January brings us to the club meeting seemingly a week early, as the third calendar Thursday occurs in the second full week.

Our first club meeting of new year is on Thursday, January 15 is from 6:00 - 7:45pm in the second-floor boardroom at Park Mazda, located at 983 Fir Street in Sherwood Park.

You can renew your club membership in-person should you not wish to do so electronically via eTransfer.
