Event Reminder -- Wilderness Wednesday -- September 2

Book a day off if you're still a working stiff or join us retirees on a free day of access to Kananaskis Provincial Park as we drive the famous Highwood Pass.

We'll leave Edmonton bright and early to stop for breakfast at Bowden's Starlite Diner Car and then continue south / west to gain access to Kananaskis for the Highwood Pass drive. We'll stop for a picnic lunch within the park, which will be free, as it's the first Wednesday of the month.

This will be a long day, hence the early morning. Sadly using the Queen Elizabeth II Highway -- so GMRS radios will be extra important (see the Summer issue of out Miata Musings newsletter for recommendations).

Details will be sent out to club members via the club's GoogleGroups e-mail service.
