The website glitch has finally been traced and the site is back up and running! woohoo...
Much editing is needed, and can now occur, but at least there is easy access again to the Membership Applicaiton form.
If you're viewing via a mobile device, scroll down and select Web View, which will display the column of links to the right, whereby you can see the applicaiton form via the MEMBERSHIP link.
